I picked up this beauty back in June from a government auction. Non-running parked for 5-6 years, 115,000 miles. Got it pretty cheap. I managed to get it running and it passed smog first time out. All in all it is in not bad shape. I am second owner, all its life has been in CA, so no rust underneath. Had some on top of A pillars and couple small holes in floorboard, but did a quick fix on those. Have slowly been going through it. Tune up, rear brakes and wheel cylinders, rear pinion seal, fuel filters ( it has 2, what is up with that), sealed front windshield as it was leaking a lot. Still much to do but it does run and drive.
Hit the junk yard for hub caps, spare tire, and other odds and ends. Have found that Krylon semi gloss white spray paint matches exterior pretty well. The decals on the side were so old I had to sand them off.
Think it was originally white, but was painted school bus orange (came from a school district) then painted white over the orange. V6 auto, am radio, no ac. Few photos, some from June and some since it has been cleaned up. Came with the tool box.
I am sure I will be back asking for advice, so thanks in advance
