Front wheel wobbles???

I have a 95 4x4 and I noticed the passenger side front wheel wobbles. Would this be caused by the bearings being bad?

It surely could be. But, tou need to lift the truck so that wheel isnt in the geound and check the bearing for play, and also the control arm bushings steering linkages. And the other stuff too.

Jack the truck from the frame so the suspension on that end hangs freely and you can check all that stuff

Don't you mean when you jack it up you can feel movement in the wheel?

Chances are the bearings are loose or worn out

Just a note... when someone says wobbles... I think of the wheel spinning and it shows excessive runout (wobble).
