Saw this thing on the Craigslist today!

Wonder whatever happened to this thing. For things like this I should probably check this site more often. I have always wanted a four-door Ranger and would have driven across the country just to get that thing. But usually I only ever come to this site when I need guidance to fix my truck.

A Sport Trac is less a 4-door Ranger and more an Explorer with a pickup bed, but there is that.
I've had two and loved them to death.
Truck in the ad is a South American model so I'm curious if it's legal in the U.S., emissions, safety regs, etc.

I think that is why the 25 years or older thing is in there for importation of foreign vehicles. Plus, with it being a diesel, it might be old enough that emissions really isn't a thing to worry about with it.

, I could have sworn I was reading my own post, I had to double check to make sure that was somebody else. Yes I have two trucks also, 93 and a 95 ranger. By the way, thank you for your service veteran, my dad's a 30-year veteran himself.

Hey if you were fluent in Spanish I'd say let's go down South of the Border and get a couple of them and ship them back to the States? I got a brother in Texas who lives just outside of Houston who could be our way station. LOL

I'm telling you I would at least come at the very least love to find a salvage yard or junk yards down south that I could just purchase the cab of a four-door Ranger from. We'll put the rest of it together on this side of the border. If I have to. But if I had to do that it would also allow me to make it a 5.0 since I'll be starting with a shell, and would put the best in.

Houston is 4 hours away from the border, past me, I am closer to Mexico than houston.

I speak zero spanish. My wife grew up on the border in brownsvillr and speaks spanish perfectly. Her grandma doesnt speak english, also

We need her uncle to try snd get us one. He works with those guys that go all over the usa and buy cars to haul to mexico. Maybe he can get one brought up

there is a four door mexican 2015 ranger on marketplace in san antonio right now. interior looks so weird
