this is not his build thread but it talks about stuff he has done.

What sort of owner are you after all? | The Ranger Station
Thank you, @superj, for nominating me. You've got a very sharp Edge! There's a lot of wonderful Rangers here. I don't exactly have a build thread. I've been chipping away at mine ever since I bought it two years ago.

It's a 2003 Edge with a 3.0L V6, Automatic, with an 8.8 4:10 rear end.

I use it as a courier mostly in the city.

Restomod build based on those old time classics, the original stepsides, which were often lovingly restored: includes new paint on top and underneath, POR15 with a topcoat and clear epoxy sealer, The front grill is handmade from two older F150 grills epoxied together. I added the toe loops to the front along with round headlights to give it an old school look, also a light bar with Hella lamps. A small winch was mounted just behind the lower valance, also an aluminum hood to lighten the load. It's got new Pro Comp wheels and larger Cooper ATV tires, a nerf style step bar and "new" junkyard fender flares. The bed is a definite nod to the good old days when oak lined pickup beds. The tail lights are round just like the front.. The interior is pretty much the same except for leather bucket seats from another car of an older era. The drive train is pretty much the same. I put in an Efan and twin pipes, and a new Torson limited slip, with racing brakes in front. This Edge was lowered an inch for better handling. Also a heavy duty torsion bar in the front, leaf spring clamps in the back along with James Duff Traction bars.
