2002 ford ranger 3.0 motor swap to 2007 ford ranger 3.0

Hi I’m new to this forum and working on vehicles. I am currently in the process of swapping a motor out of my 2002 3.0 ranger and noticed the newer engine I bought from a junk yard that came out of a 2007 ranger 3.0 has the egr on the exhaust manifolds and the intake and fuel rails are a bit different. Can I just put my old exhaust and intake manifolds on the newer engine as well as swapping the fuel rail out with no problems ?
