I used to work for Fleetwood years ago, I was a gelcoater for the huge rv body panels. We used a mold release similar to what your using. Cant remember the name but it was a water based liquid. Its been 10+ years since then. The one side that was around 10' long and 12' high, if i remember right, took me 15 minutes to gel.
It was a PITA job, summers really sucked having to wear paint suits and almost no air movement during the summer, but I learned alot there.
