My idea of a Shelby Ranger if there would have been one.

I almost electricuted myself, :drool:ing on my laptop. Looking great as always. As for your o2 problem I ran into something like this one time, but can't for the life of me remember how I finally cured it. I do remember going through about four sensors, thinking i was getting bad ones from my parts supplier.

:icon_rofl: Thanks OS!! Bud if you think of what you did I'd love to know.. It's driving me crazy!!!

Will see if I still have the work order because it was a customers truck.

UPDATE. Last night I got to looking through very old recipts.. Found one from Pep Boys for the O2! LIFE TIME WARRANTY!!!! Went early this morning and traded it for a new one.
Got home installed it, cleared the codes, put the scanner in Data Mode and started her up, in no time she was switching and running like new. The old O2 did the same but it was different this time... Took her out for a test drive everything looked great. Then CEL came on... Funny thing is I was calling Silver Talon to tell him it was fixed when it came on. After discussing with him and damn near running out of gas trying to make it to a station I made it back home. Hooked her up to the scanner. Pulled code 172 Lean! Again this time it was different it wasn't switching at all. Just about ready to give up I decide the O2 is bad out of the box. Called ST and he agreed.. Went back and picked up another new one after convincing the guy it was bad and I had tested.. Also picked up new belt... Drove about 70 miles with the scanner connected and she ran like a champ. However the belt squeals like crazy... Getting another one tomorrow then We are taking a road trip for some of the weekend!!! I want to say THANK YOU so much to ST! You are the man!! I owe you big time!! I appreciate everyone on TRS for all the input and advise given!

sweet glad you got it sorted out man its such a sweet looking truck cant wait to see her in action

BOO-YAH! That's awesome multi!

Yea, we had our heads stumped for a while man! But I think we should be all set from here on out. It was great talking to ya, and dont think twice about giving me a call again! I'm glad we could get it figured out!

Now its time for some  and a burnout!!

Good luck on the trip!

P.S. You figure out the belt routing to make sure that is right? The other thing is you can take some rope and measure the length of the belt needed to make sure you are getting the right one at the shop.

trying to post from blackberry so... The truck is doing great so far. We have logged about 300 miles .she has used just over a half tank of gas and OMG this thing I kid you not handles like a Mustang. Remember it has a 3;45 rear and can climb the steepest of grades in OD at 35 MPH..
The belt is still making noise. I did find the routing and got another belt using the UD pully on the ALT. I think the tension pulley may be wanting to lock up.. It's new but as with the O2 doesn't seem to matter... I'll check in asap... Got some pics to share with you guys when we get home!

I haven't been keeping up with this build like i should've:icon_twisted:, but this is mint-iness to the 10th mint!! That body kit/satin rims/gloss black/ SHELBY lettering works perfectly!

We have got to get you on Powerblock with Courtney!! :yahoo:

glad your road trip is going well seems to be doing well on fuel as well eh nice work man

Thanks Bud! Well we are still on the road. I wound up having to take her to a shop this morning. The belt was so loose the tensioner wasn't really doing anything. Remember I put on the under drive pulley but had the stock pulley with me. So I had a guy at a local shop here break the nut loose with a impact. We switched out the pulley and everything was fine. We were climbing a really steep grade speed was at around 25 to 35 in over drive and damn it the CEL came on. We could smell gas strong.. Only assuming it was running rich at this point.
I took the batt loose for 30 plus min and so far seems ok.
We are in the hotel room now so I unplugged the batt for the night. Well see I guess. Over all it has been a lot of fun with the truck. I'll post up pics and video when I get home.
I appreciate all you guys! I miss being on! Hopefully this get posted as I am on the Blackberry still.

hope you made it home safe an sound buddy cant wait to see pics an the vid
