the only main problem i am seeing right now is weight , since the engine weighs 745 lbs , i have to figure out how to build my front suspension to carry it

How broken in is the 4bt? Sounds like an ok deal. Does it include the bread van too? Or just engine and tranny?

just engine and tranny , it is all complete , has between 100 and 150k miles on it , looks kinda rough (rust wise , all surface on metal parts) , but it is all there , i would be going through the whole thing anyway.

That would be a steal at $2500. The price doesn't seem to far fetched from others for sale that I've seen. Have you looked at 4btswaps.com? They have a classifieds section, might want to compare prices.
