Not much of a build thread but...

http://explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=263310

Just ordered an Aussie Locker, and ARP third member hardware for the 9".:icon_thumby:

Hoping the rain lets up tomorrow...:annoyed:

and a possible bumper on the way, you forgot that...

The front end stands on it's own.:icon_thumby:
Finished plating the frame, and put on the passenger side coil bucket today.

I'll have the track bar and tierod done tomorrow, possibly the shock mounts. Then it's on to the rear.

I have pics but my new phone is being a pos.

Well the front suspension and steering are done, even did and alignment on it tonight. Just gotta paint the frame rails, then it's on to the rear.:icon_thumby:

Pics soon, hopefully. Damn Sprint data network is down, and pics are stuck on my phone...:annoyed:

Est. $1100 (+/- $150) I don't really want to add it up but that's about what I got into just the front suspension.

On To The Rear!!!:icon_bounceblue::icon_thumby: Just ordered the last missing pieces for the 9", wheel bearings, seals, and retainer collars.

POINTLESS UPDATE:yahoo:

Got new wheels, $50 at the swap meet, 15x10, 3.5 backspacing, need polished/ not pitted

And parked the Beretta under it. The same Beretta I drove home 45min with four 35" tires in it.

As for actual work I've done... nuttin really. Pressed my Timken Set20 wheel bearings on my Moser 9" axles, that's it.

Gettin my bed as clean as it will ever be. You'd be surprised how far into the bed the mud goes...
UrbanRedneckKid's Build Thread

ready to put the bed on(along with the toolbox and spare tire) gotta get ride height to set the pinion angle.
UrbanRedneckKid's Build Thread

It'll be nice to see it all together, but the bed comes right back off after the perches are welded and the suspension gets flexed to find shock mount heights. Then all that's left is, traction bars, more painting, driveshafts, bumpers, and front axle guts.

It's getting there! finally...

Lookin Good!
Boy.....You did steal those wheels!Great score.
