2.8 liter TBI swap

Right now it's 32 farenhiet outside, I cant convert to celciuos I'm to dumb to do that, but I need to tighten up my alternator belt, it was flopping everywhere last time it was started and yank the battery out of the truck and put it on the tender and make a todo list, update the 2.3 part out thread.

I was told that I can CAREFULLY cut my bad pinion bearing off with a dremal tool, which two years agofor x-mas I got the best of the best that was on the market, so after I do all this might go for it after I get all that stuff done. At least the sun is shining makes it feel warm out.

its 0 celcius. i would be outside in a heartbeat if it was 0. that is sweater weather. hahanow go 10 degrees colder and add ice and wind and try work on your truck. then, at night make it 72 degrees colder farenheit with wind and thats what i had most of this week. ugh winter here sucks

You have cold weather but hot women, wait did I say that out loud???????

I have a 110,000 BTU kerosine heater I can use but, no big hurry but I can tough out the cold putting the axle back together. My dad wants to put a wood furnace in the garage sometime. Its only 21 degrees right now, not bad, I've been in worse changing a fuel filter in my cousins car and gas all over my hands and that made it the worse cold my hands have felt to date, that was just last winter.

o man 21 degrees? its 62 degrees colder here dude. o wait. i dunno. its minus 41 today.
the dealership i was just couldn't get a few of their brand new vehicles started.
i was looking at an 06 lancer. not a big fan of 4 door cars but its ok its a car and its good on gas. might be buyin. shop my truck is at has already racked up the bill to 300 and problem may or may not be fixed. the put in new plugs and wires and a fuel pressure regulator.
lame. and my battery was FROZEN

Ya you need a battery warmer if your in that cold of a climate, thought you would have put one on your truck.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My steering linkage showed up!!!!!!! Got pictures of it and got rid of the ones of my homemade brakets, going to buy some instead.

Thanks liftedredranger.

Well I just became a premium member I've been thinking about it and finally decided to do it, hell only 10 buck might as well.

Sell off the dead 89 xlt for some coin....even if its only 10 bucks.

I figured I get myself an xmas gift and give back to TRS. Kill two birds with one stone. Now that I'm a member I have more User CP opitions, theres more options in there then my truck could have came from the factory with.

As soon as I get my SAS done I'll have another thing under my name.

Well had to do it, got the money and just ordered a set of these, grand total to my door is $60.25, not a bad price for safety though these are going to be the lower control arm mounting brakets and these are 3 inches wide with a 9/16 inch hole, I have yet to know what I'm going to use or do for the top ones. Came with a free sticker too, that should add some horse power when applied to my back window.

Thanks kroussinoffroad for showing me them, really helped me out, couldnt beat the price either.
