Crawlin's Build Thread

thanks guys. Black BII, yeah why not

Im going to use the old lights as reverse lights and integrate them into a rear tube bumper that will wrap around the rear of the bed. Probably get some 8" spots on the front. I may also add a stinger, still kinda undecided. .

I did all the notching using my angle grinder. The POS harbor freight notcher destroyed itself on the first attempt. :icon_confused:What else did I expect.

i love your sliders can you get some pics of how there mounted. also what are the measurements on the square? also pics of your ex radius arms?

Ill be doing some fab work on the ranger today so Ill snap a few pics for ya. The square tubing is 2x3, the bent hrew on the outside of the slider is 1.5 " and I attached the sliders using 2x2 .25 wall square tube and L brackets.

2x3xwhat tubing and get up pics asap your truck is sweet

I think I used about 7 and a half ft or so of 11 gauge 2x3. I have trimmed fenders and basically just measured from fender to fender where the small bolts are.

this is how I attached my sliders

sweet dude look sweet i was looking for the thickness 11 gauge is what 1/8th?

something like that. they are fairly stout. You can run a strip of steel across the bottom outside edge to beef them up a bit and keep them from denting.

nah not worried about it have some 2x3x1/8th tubing laying around
