not sure where to start..? fuel problems..HELP !!

so i went out to startmy b2 up let it run for a bit...I shut it off..everything was good..About few hrs later came outside to and my fuel pump was wyning so loud...truck was off no key in the ignition...it was just doing it on its own..
so i thought ok its the ignition switch...I put the key in turned it over adn i started...so i shut it backoff and pump wasnt making noise anymore...
now it wont make noise at all....pumps are not turning on when i turn the key(no power)...i reset the interia switch i think..(just pushed the button..???)..still no pumps no start...where should i start...at the ignition switch ...then relays..then replace the fuel pump wheni get power to it .all my wiring is mint...grounds are grounded no frays...nothing...even if the pump is bad wouldnt it still make some sort of noise if it was gettin power....

what to do first?

Determine of the fuel pump relay is properly mounted on it's bracket (unlikely)
or dangling on the wire that connects to it.

If it's dangling turn it right side up and shake the water out of it

If it is actually full of water it's junk.
get a new one.

theres definatly no water in it ..it was working fine before the high pressure pump started to whyn..now theres no power to the pumps at all.

Sounds like a problem that a failed fuel pump relay would cause. Hopefully it didn't damage the pump.
