Now I know why I haven’t seen it in a while, even though I had no idea it was for a Delta faucet. I put in Delta faucets in a house that I built in 1983, and I’m pretty sure I haven’t had them since. I’ll bet that’s where this tool came from since it was in my personal tools, and not the tools we keep for the family real estate. And I don’t have those tools with me and Georgia anyway.

Now I’m going to have to look on craigslist/marketplace for an old Delta faucet to play with it.

There's probably one or two in the shed of miracles. Try the rear left corner, green milk crate on the floor under the workbench. Old broken shop-vac is hiding it.

You don’t even realize how close you are. My shower and faucet plumbing stuff is either straight back in a big bin on the floor, or it is in the left rear wall before you get to the back, and I don’t know what it would be in because I can’t get to it for the last few years….

My super expensive NAPA transmission jack leaks down. I need to fix it, but it’s not bad enough yet. Any jack can be a dud.

My favorite floor jack came from the scrap yard… it was just out of fluid. Filled it and it works perfectly. It hasn’t even leaked a drop in like 10 years. Makes me wonder why it leaked to begin with.

Usually it's just the piston seal needing replacement. Torin Jacks used to mail them out free if you claimed them as a warranty issue. I've got some bottle and floor jacks I need to play with. Hopefully there's still a cheap way to get replacement seals.

One of the pawn shops in town is going out of business and they have a big sign advertising "everything up to 50% off." I talked to one of the guys there and figured out that it really just means normal pricing on most stuff until they sell out...lol. I did score a Maddox leakdown tester for $30. I needed it anyway, figured it was a better buy than waiting for some unknown Amazon junk to arrive.

The guy did say "50% off all shotguns and diamonds" though. That was kinda a random weird discount on things but I had to go look. I was hoping they'd have a 28 gauge over/under or semi auto...maybe a youth 20ga. No luck. They did have a camo Stoeger M3000... 12ga semi auto. I bought that for $240 OTD. I definitely did NOT need it but I enjoyed shooting my Remington Automaster last year for grouse/pheasant season but I almost feel bad taking it out in the field because it's in really nice shape. I think I'll shoot the Stoeger this season and see how I like it. Was cheap enough that I can certainly break even on it in the future or I might just give it to one of the kids.

Harbor Freight, so probably China or Taiwan. It did come with a case. They are $85 if you buy them new in store but that is a rip off. You can get the same thing on Amazon for $30-40.
