For Sale 4.0 OHV, maybe 3.0 Exhaust/cat flanges

What would you want for just the flange?
I have an assortment of pipes to work with on this end.
I was going to cut some flanges myself, but yours look really good and would save me the time and hassle!
I have two trucks with the 4.0 that need exhaust work, so I could actually use two of the flanges.

$25 each plus shipping - guessing the ride to MT won't be too bad. Let me verify that I have two this evening, pretty sure I do.

If you have access to a plasma table/water jet/laser cutter I can send you the CAD file for $20, you just have to promise not to share it ;) I had many hours into measuring for these stupid things lol

No, I don't have a plasma table or water jet etc...
I do have a plasma cutter, but one of the capacitors in it blew up and I havent repaired it yet.

Current inventory is (1) flange and (0) completed adapters but I am planning on doing another run.

I can but I don’t have a flange from one of those on hand for testing. I’d have to order a gasket and measure that. If you are interested, I can get started on that, cost will be about the same but will be at least a couple weeks before I will be able to get to it.

all the welders near me dont wanna take up the job so yes thank u. how can we get i contact.
(in oreillys the part number is 13364-1)

I will stop by O'Reilly and pick one of these up, looks like one of our stores has one in stock.

These are easy to make, the time consuming part is creating a CAD drawing that I can import into the software for my CNC plasma table. Fusion 360 allows you to add a picture behind your drawing, take some measurements that scale the picture appropriately, and then you draw around the part and add holes. That's how I created the first version of this. Once I have that done and a test sample cut out, I'll get in touch with you. Usually I can crank out parts a little quicker but I am absolutely swamped with work at the moment.

Side note to anyone interested, these MAY work on 3.0 trucks as well. I used one on the '93 "backwards truck" build when I did the exhaust on it. The flange at the Y-pipe was the same as 4.0's from around that year.
