I recently bought a 1995 2.3l and I have no idea what this cylinder by the battery is, it appears to run into the AC compressor, the plug for it has 0v and I don't think it's working.

Secondly, I have this plug behind my fuse box that I can't seem to find where it goes.

Any info is appreciated!

thats just a 'muffler' for the A/c system and the switch on it is a pressure switch you will want to test for power with the a/c commanded on. as far as the other plug, its probably for a feature that your truck doesn't have. A lot of rangers came from the factory 'pre-wired' for a lot of stuff. A lot cheaper to make one wire harness vs several different ones
