EGR Reinstallation Issues

Howdy all,
I am attempting to reinstall the EGR system on my 1996 Mazda B3000 that had it deleted. I purchased the DORMAN 598-138 EGR tube as I don't have the OEM part. Now, there's this little adapter which bolts to the exhaust manifold and then connects to the EGR tube. On my truck this adapter has been welded shut. See below:

I am trying to find this adapter part online and have had zero luck. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

What do you think the chances are they put weld on top of weld and if you grind all that off, that enough is left in the adapter? Doubtful but it may be worth a try.

I’ll give it a shot but I would say slim to none.
