2010 2wd ranger lift, HELP!

I agree that wouldn't have been my first pick for wheels for that truck, but not bad by any means. Looking good!

Went with Toyo OC AT3 SL in 265 75 15 which is alot lighter than a 31" but same size....

Dont love the wheels but they were on there when I bought the truck...

Yeah, some black wheels, something bit deeper would be ideal...
Dont even want to start looking....
His mom thinks I spoil the kid...

Also installed a 22" auxbeam 5d lightbar "12k lumens" in the lower area of the front bumper, tucked in where the front license plate use to be.
Dont have pics at the moment, but not very impressed with the light output...
Guess it is what it is with a $60 light bar.
Its blinding when you look at it but it definitely isnt making daylight.

The 31’s / 265 75 15 may fit a stock truck with maybe some minor rubbing, there’s also lots of YouTube videos on the matter. A ranger is a ranger, doesn’t matter what year it is…
I installed a 4 inch front spindle, did absolutely nothing in the rear…
Went with Wulf 4" spindles.
Theres also companies that make a spacer lift that goes under the spring by Torch, seems to be a very popular option....
Theres an eBay company that makes a 2" lift using a replacement coil spring, etc....

Front sits slightly higher than the rear but thats the stance I was looking for, son is tolerable of it since its subtle....

I dont dislike the wheels but wouldnt have been my first pick, white & black looks better in my opinion...
& a deeper dish would have been cooler...
Mom would have my head if I put some Methods on her........
I did enough, it is what it is....
The rake looks more extreme in the pics, angle of the photo, tires in the rear, etc....
Out here in San Diego every cool kid in highschool is running a ranger & talked to a kid who's running a 1.5" block in the rear & he's sitting totally level....

Used some cowl / hood mounts off of eBay that are specific to the ranger as you can use the typical hood mounts that utilize the hood hinge bolts, they dont exist....
Think it turned out great....

@slater50 what about suspension/shock down travel? As far as I've read if you keep the OEM (performance) shocks one won't be able to lift the truck using a suspension lift without losing shock downtravel so the truck would be a brick on the road.

Please, provide a feedback about that and/or let me know which shocks you installed along the larger spindle you showed in the pictures (I'm guessing it's a larger one lol).

I bought KYB Gas-a-Just shocks and the following suspension lift kit:

And I immediately figured out that I had f***ed up because I'd have zero downtravel on the KYB shocks if I lifted the truck using a suspension lift kit instead of a body lift kit.
