@SenorNoob I made a run to the junkyard after work. From now on I will start getting any factory sensor I can find from the bone yard other than an O2 sensor. I will have a post below on that.

That's about a 13 hour drive for me....3rd gens are getting rare around here....They have a plentiful supply of 3rd gen trucks as well.
3 and 4 wire oxygen sensors have the same connector and same pinout, the extra wire is the ground for the heater. You can literally count the wires going to the connector on both sides. A 3 wire sensor will work in a 4 wire application but the computer has less control over the heater circuit so is slower response and relies on the quality of the ground to the sensor through the exhaust system...View attachment 131530Went to the boneyard. I think I am just dealing with a faulty aftermarket sensor. I got the two water sensors and another throttle body. I will start getting sensors from the yards as I find them. I did find two badges, the clips that will hold my tonneau cover. Also got plugs to power to my air pumps for the seats. I will fab up a harness.
View attachment 131531 RockAuto is showing a 3 prong and 4 prong O2 sensor. I can see at least 3. I will have my son who can see better than me if there is a 4th prong. This is less then a year old but was unaware of the number of prongs. Could be part of my running rich issue.

This was a failure today. I was excited to start on getting my headliner ready to be installed in the next couple of days but it may just be a bad can. I will get another glue tomorrow and try again.
