What did you do to your Ranger today? (Part Deux!)

I checked engine metrics with a scanner in an effort to fix my idle problems that weren't resolved by replacing the intake gaskets. It's already over 100° and my temper is hot enough over trying to figure out this issue without the weather contributing to it. So, I'm going to walk away from it for awhile so I don't end up killing people like the missionaries from some church that came up the driveway to convince me that I must change my ways. They just wouldn't accept my reply of, "I like me the way I am," and continued to talk around in circles about my feeling this way because I've been exposed to false religions and great things will happen if I could have faith in something or other and just change my ways. They just would not quit, but I think they will quit after walking in the sun for a bit in this weather.

Went and picked up some 14' deck boards, 5 gallon bucket of paint, and a screen door.

Well, I didn’t end up doing much to the Ranger yesterday. Started with a hunt for my engine leveler that had me cleaning some stuff up and thinking about trying to fasten metal siding to my tarp shed because the tarps are shredding, then I got roped into helping dad with his one lawn tractor (cub cadets are junk), then I got to put the bolts in the right header and get that tightened down.

It started raining about that point and I never did find my engine leveler. I could really use it when I go to set the engine and I know as soon as I buy one, I’ll find mine. It’s not where it should be. My buddy is convinced that it never got returned to me when I let someone borrow it, but I remember using it after I demanded my engine lift and leveler back. Guy was a friend of my mechanic buddy and wanted it for “one or two days” which a week and a half later I needed it and demanded it back, guy got all mad. I needed it for putting the engine in the choptop that promptly blew up after the TRS 20th trail ride. So I know I had the leveler for that. It should have stayed with the engine lift, but alas, it’s not. Need a garage to keep all this crap organized…

I have one if you need to borrow it.

That's what you think. Larger foot print doesn't = more space, only more stuff.
Well, at least it will all be somewhere within the confines of the shop. Right now I have stuff in my parents garage, my buddy Paul’s garage, my shed, my property, my box truck, dad’s equipment shed, my barn, under various tarps, my tarp shed, and several trucks. That gets annoying trying to figure out where I stashed half the stuff…

Sounds like 60x100 would solve that problem
