I can't afford to stay at no dang hotel! And sleeping in the truck is no better than just continuing to drive the stupid thing... Took 13 hours.

Topper and air mattress. Also that much clam chowdah cant be healthy.

Might screw with it about November, but if anyone up north is interested in a pretty clean, rust free, supercharged 4.0 2001 4x4 with lots of new parts, but an engine problem, I'm open to offers.

Wednesday I fixed the license plate light on the red Ranger. Turns out the bulb wasn’t bad at all, but the wires were separated. One butt connector was still there but the wire that was out of it had no strands sticking out of the insulation. The other wire the butt connector was gone and the wires on both sides had no strands sticking out. I’m suspecting foul play because while it’s possible I suppose, it’s not really likely that the wires go from perfectly fine in split loom to that in a couple weeks. I put a couple solder shrinks on for now
