Valve train upgrade?

Was looking into getting either some adjustable pushrods or maybe roller rockers for my 91 4.0ohv, trying not to lean towards the roller rockers because of my budget. Hoping it will prevent on going ticking I have been dealing with for some time now. I have replaced everything on the valve train with no improvements to the tick, even installed a new cam

What oil are you running? My old 99 4.0 had lifter noise with any oil thicker than
5-20 if I remember right.

Try running the cheap 5-20 stuff.
