Have you guys reserved campsites?

I’m planning on leaving here around 1-2 am and driving through the night... I should be there about 2-3pm Friday.

The only way that may change is if I leave a little earlier... I’ll stop and take a 1-2 hour nap along the way.

I have not reserved a site... looks as if there is ample sites without hook ups. So the plan was to be there when they opened. I was suppose to meet @ericbphoto and @85_Ranger4x4 on the way. We were going to try and hold a few extra sites in between us.

I hope so. There WILL be BS whether we have a specified place for it or not.

We are second in line for an electric site, otherwise we will be in generator land.

We’re planning on staying in town in a hotel.
Guess we’ll be there about 2:00 on Friday since some will be there, and our older son should be there too in his Jeep.

Well, I think I'm almost ready. I'm charging camera batteries. The groceries are purchased. Kitchen box is packed. There's a pile of coolers, sleeping bag, tent, chairs, stove, lanterns, etc. In the garage, ready to be loaded. Tomorrow morning, I'll mow the lawn, pull the trailer up next to the garage, put the Ranger on the trailer and whatever else I can think of. Then I work a 6 hr shift, install the gmrs radio. Then one more 12hr shift on Tuesday. Final packing Tuesday night/Wednesday morning and hopefully be on the road by 5:00-5:30 Wednesday morning to begin my 5 day adventure to Iowa, Illinois and the trail ride.

Yee-haw!
