BlackBII's white ranger

Seems like someone got caught in a project again! Sick ride man hope i can get my 94 all the way up to yours someday!
Haha yeah it's funny looking back at those first couple of posts. This project has definitely evolved into something much bigger. They always do.

i'm in the final stretch to my wedding this june and i'm still playing on the truck to my GF's despair. On a deadline to have it back together but apparently she'd like me to work on the wedding instead! Can't blame her but when parts starts getting my way its hard to think straight!!

My truck pretty much got put on ice over that last year. :annoyed:

That's a balancing act you will be practicing for a long, long, long time if things go well.

I know how that goes man. Gotta find a balance for sure. The truck will always be there patiently waiting. People aren't as patient as projects are, so you have to make priorities. Especially with something as important as a wedding. :icon_thumby:

Try letting your truck sit for years in canadian weather.....You'll have a nice pile of junk within 2 years.....and since it's practically rust free, wich is a rare thing for a canadian 24 years old truck, i don't want to have it sit for too long.....That and it might be my Daily for the next years as the damned mazdaspeed is finally going. Anyway no more highjacking i'll make my own build post in the coming days so we can talk about all this in depths! Nice ranger still!!

Around here they last longer sitting than driving thru salt in the winter.

Gotta find balance, I got mine running good for the getaway after the wedding and more or less parked it for the summer before something else broke.

Heck, it has been in dry dock for the better part of two weeks now over a ground issue.

And if you make too much time for it, wifey gets upset and you want to keep her liking the truck so keep her happy. Sometimes you gotta take one for the team. Supposed to help her with flower beds tonight. :yahoo: :annoyed:

My daily driver '88 Ranger originally came from AZ. No clue how long it's been in SD but it's about as rusty as they come now! At least the box is, anyway, the floor and other common rusty places are surprisingly solid.

Seems like they last forever here as long as they stay out of the road salt, aren't parked in tall grass for years, and don't get invaded by mice - a year of mouse pee soaked carpet is equal to 10 years of road salt, it seems.

Yeah it is. I even ran a bead on the backside of the inner bracket to the pumpkin, so the tube shouldn't twist at all. :icon_thumby:

Did some wheeling today
