sweet....i love bumper builds. i built a plate bumper for mine as well. not the lightest thing, but they usually look good if they arent too bulky.

I got the tie rod on the D44 and have the spindle repair parts en route. Also bought the C-bushings.

Trucks been running good but the doors rattle bad and the left door doesnt trigger the dome light. Thats annoying. Also the clock spring in the steering wheel took a crap.

I forsee the D44 underneath the front end mid to late July hopefully. I've made a lot of progress on it lately for the first time since I rolled the Mazda.

My idea for capping the frame rails. Gonna weld the nut on the backside of the end-cap opposite of the picture (I drew it as the bolt would be welded to the cap-nut, then I changed my mind):

Look at this freebie! Broken Hypertherm Powermax 900 plasma cutter from work. Not sure what is wrong with it but id like to fix. Will sever 1-1/8" plate.

Anybody know anything about these? Like what typically fails? Or know anybody who might know how to repair it?

Jim Colt at Hypertherm is very good about customer service. Give him a call Ive heard of others with used equipment of theirs getting replacement parts for free.
