Thanks. It may, we are scheduled to close on the house April 19th if there aren't any problems.

That gear vendors unit is pretty neat. Damn are they expensive though! I have no doubt in my mind that you paid less than retail :icon_rofl:

I don't have one for the 501 yet. I will when I get closer to install. I have a build on my dually in the "other" section.

Less than retail. You know me well. How about 1/3 of retail. :icon_rofl:

A little more got done this weekend.

A big thanks to Nick (1badexplorer) for helping me hoist the transmission into place.

Transmission is bolted in but I haven't installed the cross member yet. I need to fill the transmission with fluid to :yahoo:

I replaced the bad rear wheel cylinder, the broke the bleeder off of the other. So I need to get another one of those now (or try to easy out the old one) :annoyed:

I cleaned up and painted the front drive shaft and the fuel tank skid plate. The skid plate needs the bottom painted and a one more coat applied. The drive shaft also need one more coat.

It was a slow but productive Saturday. Still don't have my frame cross member yet.

I think what really makes mad though is that thanks to daylight savings time, I lost an hour of my valuable weekend. Screw the hour of sleep, I don't want to be 1 hour closer to going back to work :icon_cheers:

Lets go Pens! Currently 6-1 over the Islanders :icon_thumby:

Nick, I never went to the bank last night. Got tied up helping my Grandparents. I'll tack some more interest on the $20 :icon_thumby:
And the bolt website I told you about was www.AllensFasteners.com.

I didn't get a whole lot done this weekend. Spent a good bit of time helping my grand parents instead. I did get the other rear wheel cylinder fixed, the correct bleeders in the front calipers, and a second coat of paint on the skid plate. Not much, but its something!

Happy St. Pattys Day! :icon_cheers

I didn't have a whole lot of time yesterday, but I did get the transmission crossmember in with the help of my buddy Joey. Along with this, I put the transfercase back in and installed the magnaflow cat. The radius arm bolts still need tightened and so does the cat/header bolts. Since the cat assembly is all T304 stainless, it seemed fitting to use stainless harware for it. I believe the replacemebt bolts were 3/8" x 2.5" 18-8 stainless. For the Magnaflow cat, larger washers are needed for the flange so the nut and lock washers can seat properly. The "larger" washers I am using are for are some 7/16" grade 8 washers I had left over.

No work on the truck next weekend, we are going up to Guys Mills PA to celebrate Easter with my gf's family. Also going to do a little quad riding! :icon_thumby:

Cheers :icon_cheers:

Looks good. Next time you come down we will check out those fenders better. Get this thing finished for the TRS ride on June 1st! I'm planning to haul out.

Southington offroad park. Its in NE Ohio. Just run PA 76 straight to it. Its just less than 2hrs for me.

That's not too bad. I drive past that every time I go to Detroit. I'll do my best. I have this Friday off, so I may come back Thursday night to get some more work done.
