Just buy a mandrel bent U and a stick of 3" pipe, then cut the angles out the U that you need and weld it all up.

It's just 3" stainless and the bends were a 45 and a 25. They came from a Yukon tailpipe from my neighbor. But like Plum said, buy a 180 "U" bend and maybe a 45.
