Thanks man! Holy Cross is 300 mile round trip from my place. Then add about 7 miles of brutal trail. I would say the truck is Ford tough and I love it!:D

Where did you get the ram, lines etc. for the hydro assist?
Also what size ram did you end up with?

Ok, I will grab the fittings as well. I have a spare Ranger box I could tap, they are the same as the F150 I assume?

It should be the same but not 100% positive. Here is thing I noticed when I built the Merc I used 92 Ranger box that had power steering and 5 speed manual. The box felt sloppy like way too much play. I assumed it was 20:1 ratio box. When I did the hydro on the Merc I used a 96 F150 box it turned out to be a 16:1 box made the Merc feel a million times better. So if you want the sportier feel in your steering turn the steering shaft should be about 4 turns lock to lock. If there is 5 turns then you probably have a 20:1 box. Which you will hate unless you like the feel of driving an old farm truck.

looks like a buggy trail to me lol

LOL yeah that is the exit. Should be fun. Seen a lot full body rigs run it but normally there is some carnage. I need to get a skid made for the tranny first I hit the pan on Holy Cross and made it leak. Rock Ranger should be do fine since there isn't much body left and the exo will be done before I go. Guys have been trying to get me to take the Merc but I didn't really want to risk the body damage. :D

I saw your Craigslist ad :(
