to true, my dad bought me (aka the family) a corded sawzall because his battery powered one finally bit the dust, after a year of abuse love the sawzall but still seems weak compared to my grandfathers old Milwaukee sawzall, that thing is awesome.

milwaukee is the granddaddy of the sawzall,they've got a rep to protect.

i've got a makita that's been taking my abuse for about 6 years now,i'm pretty happy with it.there's been many vehicles cut to bits with it.

back to the sheet metal work.

i got the left side rocker assembly completed.i now have a foundation to build the body onto.

this meant i could cut out the remains of the old rocker.there's getting to be less and less of the original car left.

and here's what it looks like removed.

and,of course,this is what i removed it with.

so i was able to remove the cowl and set it down on the frame.it reminds me of about a year ago when i first brought the cowl in and set it up...but now i have something solid to build off of,and a solid plan on how it'll be done.
