after several days of work,i finally got some paint on the frame.

next is getting the rear end done, then the front so i can get some wheels under this thing.

Looking good, are you going to box the frame any ????

Robert

no...i'd thought about it a fair bit,but i get so much reinforcement from the cage the frame has no twist anyway.i figure boxing it would just be a waste of time.

this has to be the best build thread ever made, you have some serious skills man, i actually just read all of the first 20 pages the rest i skimmed over pictures and its just insane,

for anyone wondering what the capacity of the 'mini wrecker' is...

it's about 1 460 + 1 zf + 1 np 205.

give or take a starter or so.

So how many wheelies did you do with that strapped on there? :D

Damn. I am still amazed at what you can do with a vehicle.

Off topic.
What else do you have hiding in your yard?

Stretch, wheelie wagon, 4wd MPV, almost stock chop top BII, and the GT-12 is in the basement. Also any number of shells that have donated engines, suspension, or other bits - including a BMW 3 series, an Ambulance, and possibly a bronco or 2.

it actually wasn't as bad as i thought it would be,but the rear suspension was pretty much on the bumpstops.my bigger worry was the engine swinging and taking out the back of the expo.

Did I miss anything except the boats?

Also don't forget his custom tools, one of which is his 1000 gal ford 2.9L powered air compressor that is lubricated with hopes and dreams. :headbang:
