yea, i was REALLY wanting to find a set of tail lights, but that didn't happen. Going to mount the Jeep thingy, the seat, and play around with the front end. I'll post some pics later

Alpha Automotive sells them brand new for like 85 bucks. I got mine at a smoking deal due to me being a vet. 50 bucks shipped to my door for a brand new tank.

'Nother update!

Finished what i started today. First, I laid out some blue tape where i wanted the hole.

Then i cut a hole in the good side of the bed

The bed and the filler neck were not getting along, so i cut a chunk out of the bed that i will fill in later. (sometime this week)

Then i drilled my holes, and mounted the new-to-me Jeep Thingy

Once i got all the filler neck crap done, I installed my new-to-me driver seat. Next on the list was to install my new coils. I took the old 450 coils off, and put on a set of 200 coils on top, and moved the 300 coils to the bottom. I'm not too happy with the change, as it doesn't seem to flex out any better than before. Maybe it is due to running 2 14" springs? Still not sure, but i am glad it lowered the front end down. A LOT.

Took some loading dock poser shots to see if she flexed any better. Not really any different.

nice zip ties lol. how come you dont have a regular hook on your winch line? id think the clevis would be a pain to always having to unscrew it.

Some use duct tape, I use zip ties

Clevis works. Never got one when i got the winch

i thought maybe you used it for a suck down winch but i didnt remember seeing a d ring on the front axle

nope. Just never bought a hook. I get shit for it all the time from the guys i wheel with.

It's a lot better than it used to be. The crossmember i put in for the gas tank helped a little

Wow really? I was under the impression replacements of these tanks were non existant. I got a used one for mine, i actually have 2, but the 2nd one is pretty rusty inside. Do they have sending units too?

Im not sure. Look them up online under alpha automotive wisconsin. They should pop up.
