Hey, just wondering if there are any decent chips for the 2011 ranger that arent like 200 bucks. im not looking for anything special just something to squeeze every drop i can out of my new truck.

Chips, plenty. Good ones too.

Not for under $200. The cheap $50 jobbies are a scam.

scam look what it says it can do

The ACD Performance Module sends a modified signal through an engine data sensor, causing your factory Engine Control Module to reprogram itself for a more efficient air/fuel ratio and timing curve, essentially unlocking up to +75 Horsepower and up to +8 MPG in your vehicle!

Look at how they claim to do what they do.

Anything that says anything to this effect:

is a load of crap.

^^^What he said!!!!!

Might as well swap out that motor and get something better, Bro!!!! Just buy a programmable tuner. A bit more costly but they work better then any swap in chip!!!! I think they are around $340-400 for one. I do know that several shows on Power Block TV showed they worked.

Lmao ok i guess i should forget about those chips then...its just so tempting to try cause there cheap. Thanks for the heads up guys. Is there any in particular that u guys have worked with or own that u prefer?

Best to just Google it, Bro. Bully Dog, SCT for example has programble tuners but I not sure for the 2011 Ranger. I know they have them for up to 2010. You can look at their websites and see. Some are under $400. Check Summit Racing as well.
