my B2

its a really nice valve body. No complaints from me.

judging by the burn out vid sounds like its dialed in...looking forward to roller results:icon_thumby::icon_thumby::icon_thumby:

got back from hot springs tonight. It was a pretty cool trip. I definitely figured out what needs to be changed on the new setup.

I wheeled all of saturday and got to run alot of their hard trails. On the last trail I got to run I overheated the transmission really bad, it started puking fluid out of the bellhousing area. Let it cool down for about 30 minutes, fired it up and it was still puking so I figured I blew the pump seal. Hauled ass back to my trailer, let the truck cool down for nearly an hour while I was bull shitting with a few friends. Topped the trans back off and fired it up to pull onto the trailer, and no leaking. I think I lucked out but didnt want to push my luck, so I didnt wheel sunday before leaving. Looks like I just need to buy a big bad-ass cooler. Other than that, only other issue I had was this new pump doesnt like to run my steering at idle speeds (650-1000) when it gets hot, so I gotta figure that issue out too. It steers, just too slow for my liking.

The group I ran with was from the area so they weren't into taking pics, so the Only pics I got was what my wife took in the truck and on some of the trails she didnt wanna ride along on. Not alot but I'll share some of what I got.

Was it a bad pump or perhaps a line issue, or is the pump not big enough to push the full hydro?

Nice pictures by the way.

I just think that it flows a little bit less when the fluid gets hot. I have already figured out a solution.

i think you need some new lug nuts :thefinger:

Looks like a good time. I think you had better weather than we did this past weekend.

so how well do the door's open and close. look's like she's seen her fair share of earth.

I really wish my truck was capable of rock's. maybe one day but not at this point. I would definately need to address gearing and then about 1000 other item's as well.

how well do they open and close..... well.... they open and close:icon_twisted: we wont go into techniques used to make it happen.

I started out wheeling rocks with similar setup as yours... just depends what caliber you're looking at going after.

Running places like I do... you're going to want fully built 1-tons, doubler, full hydro, 40"+, beadlocks, winch... and replace that sheet metal with some tube:icon_welder:

i think ide be hard pressed to find rock trail's of that magnitude around here. unless I started blazing my own trail's. but i'm content with the truck for this summer. next year will be looking at gearing along with a couple other item's. i'm really debating on ditching the coil's as they are giving me more grief the anything lately. i need a long weekend to do some fine tuning. and leaf's just seem like a cheap, easy, reliable option

i like the center hubs.....lol. creepy but cool

so you were able to get the tranny above 130 degrees?

shocker:icon_surprised:

I know I havent posted much lately, but I got orders to ft lewis and I've been really busy getting my tow rig ready as well as other things.

On my way to washington I will be stopping at a friends house in albuquerque, driving up to abiquiu, nm to wheel. stopping in moab to wheel, and stopping in Elko nevada at my friend jason's who just got out of the army, we are going wheeling too.

I fixed the trans overheating issue, and in the process found out the vent was clogged. I added a derale cooler for the trans. Got a PSC pump and a smaller pully, as well as a derale cooler for the steering.

Bought a few other things as well. I will post pictures soon.
