Well, obviously it will leak.

The ramifications of that depend on WHICH seal we are talking about.

my truck was in at the dealership and they called me and told me i need to have my front right brake seal replaced. i said no because it seems fine. i was just wonder what i would notice if it need replacment.

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
You would be having to keep adding brake fluid. You'd likely notice the wet fluid around the caliper. If you're only using your foot to check it, then you won't know until until you have braking problems. Honestly, if it is bad, fix it or have it fixed; brakes are kind of important.
