OK i know some people have put a ranger on a full sized 4x4 bronco frame but could you put a ranger on a 1978 4x4 f150 short bed frame. I am not worried about the bed lining up because i would put a flat bed on it. All i would use would be the cab and front fenders. I haven't heard of anyone who has done it. so if anyone has any information please give me your advice.

It shouldn't be too different than putting a ranger on a FSB frame....maybe movingbody mounts, but you'd probably have to do that anyway.

A guy use to deliver parts to my shop with a VW Beetle body on a shortened 67 GTO chassis once, he was getting a ticket for "Exhibition of Speed" one day out front.
