i recently had to rebuild my passenger axle shaft on my 93 4.0L because the slip yoke and outer shaft was stripped.
i found the outer shaft easy enough. but the inner stub shaft was a pain. turns out they used to sell the stub and the slip yoke as a complete unit. it was part 68 according to the pdf list. now they dont sell it complete anymore.
turns out the ford part number is 3L387
being that i wanted a cheaper price i looked around other than ford
i finally found a website that had the part here
http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-82086-oem-right-slip-yoke-dana-35-ifs.html
their part number is 82086
only problem is it doesnt come with a grease fitting. a drill press and tap and die set can fix that.
i think you should make a note in the dana 35 section because this information will help out a lot of others who need to rebuild the axle
