The Ranger Station Will Host A 20th Anniversary Trail Ride
At Southington Offroad Park (Garrettsville Ohio) on Saturday September 7th 2019

What / When / Where:

TRS will celebrate it's 20th anniversary with a 20th Anniversary Trail Ride on Saturday September 7th 2019 at:

Southington Offroad Park

10321 Silica Sand Rd. Garrettsville OH 44288 (MAP)

Southington Offroad Park is a great location because it's in the same region where TRS was started. It is situated on over 1,500 acres with trails and obstacles ranging from mild to wild. It is a family friendly park that includes a modern bath house, a campground with electric, and a large pavilion for us to use. Their cabin offers drinks, memorabilia, as well as various options for lunch! The park also offers a playground just for the kids, a sand volleyball court, and all the mud, sand, rocks, and hills you can handle.

Note: The location of this has been changed from Wellsville to the Southington Offroad Park because gaining legal access to Wellsville has become questionable. Plus, Southington Offroad Park offers a pavilion and bath house for us to use, as well as a campground with electric for those that want to camp.

Attendance:

If your a TRS member that has sold your Ranger / Bronco II for a different offroad vehicle, come and wheel with us anyway! We'd love to see you!

This event has been added to facebook HERE

Note: Southington Offroad does not allow ATV's

Schedule:

Friday 09/06/2019:

Evening Meet & Greet near Southington Offroad Park. This will provide an opportunity for those arriving in the area on Friday to meet up with other participants before the trail ride on Saturday. Location to be announced.

Saturday 09/07/2019 :

9:00am-10:00am - Participants need to register with the park office.

10:30am - Giveaways at the pavilion. I know from past experiences that it can be hard to round everyone up once they're on the trail, therefore giveaway items will be awarded prior to hitting the the trail.

11:00am-Dusk - Trail ride.

*** More details to follow.

For those complaining about the distance, I'm driving there from Texas to host it.

Oh man, I better get cracking on my truck. Not a RBV at the moment but could have some fun ?

Going to try my damnest to make this happen. I run the Midwest Offroad Facebook group. I'll post up there too as soon as dates are set. I'll be coming from Indiana.

That would be awesome.

Truck will hopefully be down for major powertrain upgrades this summer... and even if I get it done in time I don't know if it would be worthy of that.

It has been asked, so I figured I would tell you guys that in the past we've split people up in to groups based on trail difficulty. That way the hardcore groups aren't bored, and the novice off-roaders, and those not wanting any trail damage, aren't freaking out.

I see myself in that photo...that's a blast from the past. Must have been Spring Roundup 2003?

Yep, 2003. I wonder what that photo would like in 2019 if we could re-take it with the same people?

Will is sitting in front of you just to your right, I'm just to your left. RandyM and justdave are next to me. Ptrangerv8 is behind me and 2 from your left. I think I see zman in there also. Some I can match to their trucks, But I'm foggy on the name.

I'd definitely be in the group for avoiding trail damage since the Ranger is my DD, and my name isn't Bobby.

That said, if there's an extra seat with someone going on the more hardcore trails it would be awesome to ride along.

That was the trail ride when your truck got printed as a featured vehicle in Off-Road Adventures Magazine wasn't it?
