In July of 2009, The Ranger Station (TRS) will celebrate 10-years of support to the Ranger, Bronco II, Explorer and Mazda B-Series communities. TRS has also been used by other off-roading enthusiasts as well.

Some of TRS's more memorable moments include:

  • 10/2004 - TRS Trail Ride in Off-Road Adventures Magazine's - 'Return To Wellsville'.

  • 10/2004 - Brett Beach's 2000 Ranger was photographed during 'Return To Wellsville' and appeared in Randy's Ring & Pinion's ads.

  • 01/2005 - TRS Trail Ride in Off-Road Adventures Magazine's - 'Mudsicle'.

When:

July 9-12,  2009

Where:

When it came time to choose a location for the Anniversary, consideration was given in to what location would offer the most to our enthusiasts.

Wellsville Ohio, Attica Indiana and Harlan Kentucky were all considered. The problem was that there is nothing else there. They would be good trail ride areas, but nothing to do in the evenings and nothing for our users who don't go off-road. We don't want this to be looked at as just a trail ride.

After careful consideration, Pigeon Forge Tennessee was chosen.  This area is a major vacation destination and numerous car & truck clubs and event organizers have chosen it in the past for shows and club gatherings.

If you're going to be traveling, and for some this may be their vacation, this is a great area to go both for things to do and see.

What Will Be Happening:

Thursday & Friday Trail Rides at the Coal Creek (Windrock) 72,000 acre OHV area.

Friday Night Meet & Greet.

Saturday Dragstrip Meet to get 1/8-mile times.

Saturday Evening Banquet with prizes and giveaways.

Sunday Trail Ride (To Be Announced)

Who's Invited:

Anyone who has ever used The Ranger Station!

Distance Note:

The trail ride being held at Coal Creek OHV Area is 64 miles from Pigeon Forge. There will be a lot going on Saturday including a banquet with prizes/giveaways. It is HIGHLY recommended that you have reservations in Pigeon Forge to stay Friday & Saturday night.
