The Problem:
During a weekend trip, the display screen for the radio / navigation / climate controls froze. The radio continued to play, but the display screen was completely frozen. I couldn’t even turn the radio off by pushing the power button. This has apparently happened on the Ford Fusion as well.
If this happen to you, hold down the power button and the fast forward button at the same time for 15-seconds.
