Zales... Anyone shopped there in the past?


The internet complaints were the cherry on the sundae. I already know how crappy of a place they are. No one should EVER have to wait FOUR MONTHS and be in continuous contact with a company to get something replaced that is under warranty. Let alone having to take in all my original invoices. I thought that's what computers are for.

Defective, I hope you never have a problem with your items. They are ALWAYS happy to sell you the shit, and I mean shit, but they won't do jack to back it up.
 
Don't get me wrong, I think it sucks ass that you would be getting jerked around like this by ANY company.

My experiences with the store have always been fantastic. But so have my experiences with every other jeweler, except DURAHM JEWELERS in N.C. where I purchased my wifes engagement ring that isn't built stout enough to hold the diamonds in it. It's been repaired 3 times now and again it sits in the jewelry box with a detached diamond. When I have the money, I will pay to get it rebuilt so it doesn't fall apart anymore. When I purchased the ring, I should have had it looked at closer bacause after having several other jewelers look at it, they tell me it's lacking material for what it's holding. Not the stores fault in this case though, it was the jeweler who built the ring. However, durahm jewelers is resposible for getting it fixed. I just gave up on sending it thousands of miles away so it could happen again. So it's not like I don't feel you pain.

Also, my grandfathers wedding ring was purchased at Zales years and years before I was even born. He died when I was still a child, and recently when I got married, I was given his ring to use for my own if I wanted. We took it to Zales to get it resized. I had the ring back in less than a week, and didn't pay a penny.

still not resolved,clarkhoward.com.contact his team or call in to his daily radio show,and he can unlock the doors to the corporate execs,and get you somewhere.as it is now,you are dealing with customer no service.go over their heads!he'll tell you how.
