What is there to do in your home town that would make it roadtrip worthy?

My home town is Stone Mountain Ga. It's the largest exposed solid granite rock in the world... We have an old town to explore, fishing, hiking, lots of girls running, jogging, or cycling to check out for the single guys lol... There is also a laser show that is free + many other things to check out.. Here is a few pics...

Wow, makes me wanna take a road trip.
Trust me you don't wanna come to Connecticut. Crappy weather, Crappy people, Crappy taxes. If your heading to New England just go strait through Ct, RI, and Mass. Now New Hampshire thats were it's at.

hahahahaha, walls ms.... hahahahahahaha
i'm just gonna go ahead and claim yours multiranger...

honestly, if you want a quiet place to live with not much going on, but access to a city like memphis... walls is great. other than that... its nothing really.

people come from all over the world for the salmon and halibut fishing, but miss so much that the island has to offer.

huge clear uncrowded beaches, all sorts of wheeling...even the surfing community is growing by leaps and bounds.

We have the Cannonsville Reservoir.

Not to mention tons of rolling hills, mountains, and beautiful forests.

And for you rock crawling guys, the family biz provides lots of freedom.

I went to stone mountain GA one time. We went up the back side of the mountain. I pointed some signs out to my uncle that said please do not climb this side or something similar. He said "see where it says please? they are asking us not telling us." So up we went. LOL It was a fun rigorous climb.

We have a lot of old men wearing ballcaps who drive Buicks very slowly.
The Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh does have the oldest Jeep in existence sitting in the lobby.

I live just north of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. Worlds largest nickel producer. Lots of hills, lots of rock and clay. We're also known as the city of lakes....having the most freshwater lakes within city limits in all of Canada. Consider an area that's bigger than Toronto (square milage-wise) and being mostly water. Lots of bass, pike, musky, sturgeon, walleye, salmon.....you name it.

Also an amazing hunting ground. Black bear, moose and deer are the more popular ones along with phesant.

Sudbury is also based in an impact crater from millions of years ago...making the terrain awesome for wheelers.:icon_thumby::icon_hornsup:
