I was just curious if anyone owns ANYTHING rare. Or what is the rarest thing you have? If you have a toothbrush that isn't made anymore tell us about it. :icon_rofl:
As for me i can't think of anything rare i have. I did sell a 1985 Yamaha TRI-Z 3 wheeler that was like new. But from the stuff i have, maybe the condition of my '88 STX (near new) but i would say the rarest would be my '67 mustang fastback. I'm in the (very slow) process of restoring it. I'm going to add factory air only with the better compressor. It is a factory A-code which means 289 4 barrel, dual exhaust, 4 speed. It also has a center counsel. "GT" rims, hurst shifter, flip open gas cap. and someone nearly completed the setup for nitrous. But the engine has been changed to a 302. Not real sure what all has been done. I know for sure full roller rockers (1.6), torker 289 intake, edelbrock 4v carb, headers, heavy duty valve springs, and I'm guessing it would have to have a cam in it. One weird/stupid thing about it, someone put on headers with 3 inch collectors then from the headers back the entire exhaust is 1 7/8 dual :icon_confused: With all that together it was pretty quite, I took the exhaust off at the headers and it was almost race car loud. they also put on, what looks like home made traction bars which didn't have rubber stops on them and ripped into the frame. Generally it's in good condition, just needs the normal spots of rust/cancer repaired. and its green. I'm not sure if I'm going to go the Bullitt route or Shelby clone painted dark blue :dntknw: The Shelby parts are very pricey and the bullitt stuff, i basically need rims. So whatcha got that's rare?

bullitt, for sure! its a hell of a lot more original than the way overdone shelby deal. anyways, i *had* an '89 buick lesabre t-type. its a 2 door sports car that really wasnt all bad. they only made em for 3 years, a total of less than 16,000 and only a littlr more than 4,000 that year. other than that, i dont think i have anything really that rear... my g/f likes to work on cars, does that count?

in my experience it counts. One of my dads friends suggested i go the bullitt route as well because there are so many fake shelby's.

I own the original artist rendering for the chilton manual for ranger 1983-84 done in water color I also own a fully loaded 1983 ranger diesel pick up among other ford products and collect ranger prom materials and toys

I've got a Data General laptop that was made in 1983. Pretty cool machine, probably fairly rare considering how old it is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_General_One

Hmm... I also have a copy of Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition that has never been taken out of the shrinkwrap... a copy of Windows 1.01 on floppies... damn, I'm sure I have more cool old stuff, but I can't think of it.

Most of my "rare" stuff is old computer equipment. I used to be into that stuff real heavy. As far as cars go, no, I have nothing rare... unless a f'd up A4LD counts... oh wait... that's not rare :icon_rofl:

For me it's guitars. I have an '85 Ibanez RR250 and a '75 or '76 Ibanez Custom Agent II (Also known as a Model 2405. It was only made for two years in limited numbers)

I just remembered I also have an Ibanez GR320. It isn't THAT rare, but mine was made in ONLY 1994 and has dual humbuckers instead of soapbars.

I have (somewhere) an RCA stereo with a turntable AM/FM radio and 8 track cassette player...got it from my parents when I was 21, but had it since I was 14...last time I checked it was at my sister's house...but they have so much junk in their basement that I'm not even sure that it's still there...

I also have (somewhere) Bee Gees sound track from the movie "Saturday Night Fever" and a whole whack of Bob Marley albums including the "Babylon by Bus" double album...live!

I also saw Bob Marley live in concert just before he died...but it was not my fault...

I just remembered some more stuff I have, a cub cadet 122 which isn't rare but i added a rear pto, creeper, dual rear wheels with 4 wheel weights, 3 point hitch, rear plow, rear blade, front blade, snow blower, and I want to add front and rear lights, hydraulic lift, and get a rear roto tiller for the pto.

i had a Hofner guitar that was valued at like $1500 they only built like 400 in that style and i sold it to my brother for $20 who then sold it for $50 but i needed the money and i didn't pay anything for it so i can't complain

i've got a few rare steam engines and a box of old antique cameras. and couple grand worth of old stamps. and a 1962 ford falcon.

oh does a 1986 chevy that still runs count :icon_rofl: lol

'86 chevy you say? and it RUNS, yes that counts.

I guess both of my rides are fairly rare. 2001 Cobra SVT convertible and 1991 Explorer Sport that came with manual hubs, manual t-case, and M5OD stock.

Diecast Model of the General Lee, '69 Dodge Charger, Its SIGNED BY BO DUKE(John Schineder) :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

just remembered,
Tonight my dad gave me one of his old leather jackets,
Its a 1970, and its in MINT shape, the price tag is still on it, $500.00!!
