i dunno about u but there are 2 PLACES in the whole world that the majority speak french. quebec and france...and the dialects are so different they cant speak to one another

that being said when less then 5% of the pop speak french ur going to make the other 95% listen to french for half an hour WHY?

The funny thing is that when I lived in Cali for 11 years, I rarely saw a mexican at all, until the manager of my apartment retired (good guy, deserved it), and an illegal was hired...... every time a person moved out, he moved his family in, and his sone even framed me for puting "F--- you" on my best friend's car window. He also stole my Stingray bike.

But its mostly chinese right now.... a bunch of snobby chinese in that area (arcadia).
