eventually plan on picking up a york 210 from the junk yard, i have made up my mind on this. what i am unsure of is, what is the max safe pressure? i see many people running as high as a 150 on / 180 off switch. Kilby (who seems to be a very reliable source for new 210's and info for them) sells 120 on / 150 off switches. will running that high of pressure shorten the life of the compressor? if so, by how much?

good question, what do you think you will find york on at the junkyard? I dont see why the higher pressure would be a problem, well yeah i guess I can, but not 150-180 200-250 maybe.

they're in every other car & truck from the mid 70's to mid 80's. i have my eye on one out of an 81 full size ford.

you are correct sir!
