YIPPIE Got My Permit Today

I took the road test with a guy (my instructor) the guy was 6 foot 7inches he was bent over in my truck funnested thing,the seat was all the way back because im 6.1..I passed my road course firsted time suprised i did because i failed to turn when my instructer told me to..I took my road test in my ranger thank god everything was working properly or i wouldve failed right then.I was 17 when i got my licience..

Took mine in my old '96 S-10. It was a shortbed 2wd, and had the Vortec 4.3 with a wee of bit work done to it. I drove as slow as I could, and on the way back to the DMV the lady told me that I had a nice smooth 4-cyl truck. So I tromped on it and left some nice long posi marks. Still passed, the lady loved my truck!

These days that'll probably land you in jail or something.

I failed the first time in the summer, took my second test on a day that was snowing like crazy. There was 3-4 in of snow on the roads, I passed when most people who took tests that day failed. Both times in my mom's Corolla. My actual vehicle would not have passed the safety inspection. It was a '81 GMC C1500 with a straight 6. That truck was fricken slow as hell. I had to floor it to keep up with traffic.

I got my license at 18 but carried a permit for 2 yrs. You may ask yourself 'WTF for?!?' my mother would not assume financial responsibility for me sense she is a cheap ass. Took my drivers test in a 1980 Ford LTD. Passed with flying colors.
