Xenons, illegal or legal?

New question. Forget the original title.
* Can a mod change the title to ( Brighter whiter headlights?)

Ive been looking at pictures and looking at threads and people are saying there stock halogen bulbs are just as good as xenons.. So i dont wanna go that route..

What are some BRIGHT bulbs i can buy that are WHITER than stock.
Specifically under say $90?

Do i need any connectors or anything for them to work? Are they just direct switch in and out

No Halogen bulb that will fit in there will put as much light (lumens) out as a Xenon Discharge gas system. That is a fact. I just posted a guide on how to install them if you are not familiar with it. (it is under the the lighting folder)
