my fiance just called me and told me about spokeo.com. Its an online "phonebook" that basically looks up any info about you using your email address from what sites you are apart of. I have tried removing my listing, but it wont let me!!! it doesnt matter what URL I put in, i cant remove my listing! Basically ANYONE and everyone can look up your info, and just pay 2.50 a month to look at ALL info that you have posted anywhere, pics, etc etc...

someone firgure out how to remove a listing! I have went to all the accounts that I can think of and turned on privacy settings, but it doesnt work that great

Nothing on there is right except I'm in my early 20's, and I'm Caucasian. I wouldnt worry too much. If there are three "Lewandowski's" in Minnesota with my first name and the one closest to me is horribly wrong, nobody will steal your identity. That said, if you have a boss who is one of those who might use this info, it might not be much help, and any stalkers after me will be stymied. The principle of putting this on the web and selling it is one I do disagree with.
