I am putting a 2.9 together and turned the engine over and this fell out. I have no clue where it came from or what it is. Need to know what it is. Trying to get this engine put back in tomorrow. It is about 10" long and the ends are exactly the same

don't have a clue.....but if i wanted to mess with your mind....i'd slip one of those into the engine when you wasn't lookin ;missingteeth;

but seriously...i'll look on the inet for ya....gimme a minute...

it's looking like the oil pump shaft....but the retainer that holds it in the engine is missing....maybe....

damn, i was going to guess oil pump shaft!

Around my parts that's what we call the foo foo rod. It connects the magnetic infindibulator to the whosiwhatsit.

Does anyone have a Magnetic Infindibulator for a 93 Ranger 2wd? Shipped to 78727? PLS HALP!

when did the smurfs discover internal combustion engines? if only the upper intake were white instead of aluminum! lol

I was trying to show you guys my new beer coozie. Guess some people can't see the forest for the trees.

Where did you find that? I've been looking all over for it...and it shows up in GA!!...

Don't worry, it will mysteriously disappear from your workbench and show up somewhere else...it's a time/space travel wand...and it has no owner...just a bunch of temp keepers...

I'm actually trying to figure out why the Hulk thought your engine was so sexy he had to leave a gift for you on the alternator. WTF is that?!
