How do you remove wrist pins from TC pistons? They slide side to side, but seem to be firmly pressed into the rod so they cant slide all the way out. Do they need to be pressed out?

i know to get them in you heat up the rod.

maybe do that and get like a socket that fits perfectly and drive it out.

yeh, did a little more research. looks like they need to be pressed out, and then heat the rod to put it back in

When i've done that you have the new piston ready and press it on at the same time be careful heating your rods if you change your hardness and the rod breaks its really ugly.
