okay i got it all tore apart-thats after almost a full can of PB blaster on nuts and bolts and getting out the mapp torch to heat things up and blaster to cool it all down- 1/2" breaker bar and pipe extension to break bolts free(the bolts that held the hub assembly were rusted in place) all the bolts holding flanges guards, brake calipers, vacuum lines... EVERYTHING electrolytically seized!
it took 3 1/2 hours to break the hub bolts loose and ease them out without snapping them off!
so now i have the hubs off after getting the nylon snap ring off the spline and the steel retainer spring(which i bent).... here is the question
the bearing hub assemblies that i bought do not come with the TWO O-RINGS that seal the hub to the steering knuckle and seal the vacuum hubs
********* WHERE CAN I BUY THE O-RINGS FROM ????????????********
i need to get my ranger running ASAP hope to get the hubs back on tomorrow
autozone does not have a part number-will ford have them? how about napa?
thanks people-this is in west michigan btw- Thanks Spud
