No..it’s been 24 hours since it was briefly run.

Lead acid and AGM automotive batteries are designed with 6 cells. Each cell is designed to provide 2.1volts. So, a brand new battery, fully charged should read 12.6volts plus or minus a few tenths of a volt. That's the chemistry. That is scientific fact. Can you get access to another voltmeter for a comparison reading? Something is amiss.

Is odd for sure. I’ll have my son bring up his tester. Mine is reading fine for ac tests and dc on other car…

Ran without alternator for a minute, no surging of motor or lights. Ordered an upgraded 130 as mine is the 95. You can replace the regulator it looks like, my brushes were uneven, one may have been stuck. Grooves in armature are 1/16in. Tempted to rebuild for fun but found a close out acdelco for 70 bucks.
Motorcraft old one so assuming it’s original part. Time for a new one anyway lol.
Now I wait….
Time to crawl under to confirm transmission type…
